SUMMARY: This position ensures customers feel welcomed, informed, comfortable, and secure during check in process, as well as with their purchase.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Inspect all incoming units, new or used, for function, missing, defect, or damage and record as per check list
  • Report any major issues, new/used, to manager for review before releasing drivers or turning in sheet to finance on trade
  • Meet and greet each customer and transport to delivery site for inspection
  • Change license plate from one RV to another
  • Understand and address or relay to advisor and/or salesperson trade customer concerns and questions, including functional issues to be addressed by technicians
  • Attend all company required meetings
  • Additional responsibilities as requested or required

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements
  • Ability to learn the systems and features inside an RV
  • Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

 

 EDUCATION:

HS Diploma or equivalent
