SUMMARY:  As an RV Delivery Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to customers who are purchasing recreational vehicles (RVs). You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers by assisting them throughout the RV selection and delivery process. Your in-depth knowledge of different types of RVs, features, and functionality will be essential in helping customers make informed decisions that align with their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their RV requirements, preferences, and budget.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource, answering questions about various RV models, brands, features, and options.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the RV industry.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the features, capabilities, and benefits of different RV models, from motorhomes to travel trailers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the selection phase to the purchasing phase.
  • Provide relevant information and insights to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Coordinate the delivery of purchased RVs, ensuring they are prepared, inspected, and ready for customer handover.
  • Ensure the RV is clean, functional, and meets the customer's expectations prior to delivery.
  • Conduct post-delivery follow-up with customers to address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Complete We Owes and offer a warm hand off to Retail Advisors.
  • Additional responsibilities as requested or required.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • In-depth knowledge of RV types, brands, features, and industry trends.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain RV systems and operations.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for documentation and communication.
