SUMMARY:

 

The Treasury Administrator is responsible for a variety of functions pertaining to payment processing, merchant research, bank reconciliation and various other banking related tasks. Treasury Administrators should be sticklers for detail, proactive, and curious. Excellent customer service and time management skills are a must. We are seeking organized, detail oriented, and dependable candidates who are driven to succeed and grow with the company. Treasury Administrators must have a passion for consistent improvement and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process, research and organize a variety of payments, including issuing checks
  • Use treasury and financial accounting principles to perform transactional tasks
  • Manage electronic funds movement and ensure proper documentation
  • Resolve banking and corporate related financial concerns
  • Prepare journal entries for bank account and intercompany transactions
  • Communicate with dealerships on various Treasury/ Banking related activities
  • Reconciliation of the dealership bank statements, and make accurate entries and adjustments
  • Review and reconcile fee/analysis statements and resolve any errors
  • Communicate solutions and process improvement opportunities
  • Actively communicate with supervisor and escalate concerns
  • Other duties and special projects, as assigned
  • Recon bank statements
  • Timely and concise research of banking related inquiries, such as bank reconciliations, chargebacks, and transactional support documentation

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • General knowledge of Treasury and Financial Accounting principles
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Sense of urgency
  • Active listening and curiosity
  • Critical thinking and time management
  • 1+ years of previous experience in a related role
  • Experience with Blackline a plus
  • Financial Analysis experience 
  • ESKER experience is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced in Excel

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • AA in Accounting OR extensive Treasury experience preferred
