Lazydays RV is looking for an Appointment Scheduler to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

  • Receives all customer calls regarding service scheduling.

  • Communicate with dispatcher to ensure a continuous flow of scheduled service work.

  • Investigates nature of service need and schedules customer in for appropriate number of hours.

  • Sets initial expectation with customer regarding range of service time.

  • Prepare required reports.

  • Act as backup cashier.

  • Attend all company required meetings and training

  • Additional responsibilities as requested or required.

Qualifications

  • Must have some technical background.

  • Exceptional organizational skills.

  • Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English

  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Thorough follow-up skills.

  • Ability to work well with customers and resolve customer complaints.

     

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
