SUMMARY: To provide customers with exceptional services throughout their warranty experience, while adhering to all company policies, procedures.

Receives all customer calls regarding service scheduling.
Communicate with dispatcher to ensure a continuous flow of scheduled service work.
Investigates nature of service need and schedules customer in for appropriate number of hours.
Sets initial expectation with customer regarding range of service time.
Prepare required reports.
Act as backup cashier.
Attend all company required meetings and training
Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
Must have some technical background.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Thorough follow-up skills.
Ability to work well with customers and resolve customer complaints.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.
